Terms of service

Last updated 6 November 2026

By using Milo (https://milo-7ohj.onrender.com), you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the service.

What Milo does

Milo is a voice assistant that connects to your Google account to read and manage your Gmail and Google Calendar when you ask it to. How we handle your data is explained in our privacy policy.

You stay in charge

Fair use

Don't use Milo to send spam, to harass anyone, to break the law, or to try to access anyone else's data or disrupt the service. To keep it running well for everyone, there are limits on how many requests you can make per minute and per day. We may suspend accounts that break these rules.

Your account

You sign in with your Google account and must be at least 16. You can stop using Milo and delete your account and data at any time from Settings.

Availability

We work to keep Milo available and accurate, but it is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. We may change, pause or stop parts of the service. Google, our AI providers and other services we rely on may also change or have outages.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for losses caused by actions you asked Milo to take, by AI mistakes you didn't check, or by services outside our control.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. We'll change the date at the top, and for important changes we'll let you know in the app. Continuing to use Milo means you accept the updated terms.
